or in stages.
KITCHEN AND BATHS:
Space plan, co-ordinate cabinetry, lighting, surfaces like marble, teflon, steel or
porcelains, wall and floor tiles, wall color, wood polish or deco color, glass cosmetic and typesof
house hold electronics.
CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION:
Site visits to projects during construction to ensure design details are correctly implemented
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Schedule and co-ordinate the project so it runs smoothly and in a timely manner.SPACE PLANNING:
Planning of space and furniture layout optimal design and function in 3D using Sketch UP,
Auto Cad, Artlantis Studio, Lumion and 3D Max.
LIGHTING DESIGN:
Selection of types and placement of fixtures for existing and new construction designing of
diffrent light fixtures and slection of same.
CUSTOM FURNISHINGS AND BUILT-INS:
Design of custom pieces in a variety of materials to meet a client’s specific needs, space saving
with kid’s beds, wall mounted utilities and folding furniture.
WINDOW AND FLOOR COVERINGS:
Advice, design and fabrication of the window and/or floor treatment best suited to the space.
COLOR CONSULTATION:
Co-ordinate whole or partial colors schemes for projects including selection of colors concerned
with any material used in project.
